Returns

Returns:

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you require a refund please email natasha@natashahole.com with your order number and details of items that you would like a refund for.  This must be done within 14 days of receipt and items must be returned in perfect order and in original packaging.  We strongly recommend insuring the return delivery.  Once the goods have been received and inspected we will refund in full minus the outbound and return shipping charges. 

Faulty goods:

In the unlikely event that an item arrives and is faulty please email natasha@natashahole.com in the first instance.  Once the item has been inspected and found to be defective a replacement or full refund including shipping fees will be applied.  This is only applicable in the first 14 days of receipt.  

We strongly advise you to track and insure the return delivery as any item lost/damaged in transit will not be refunded. 

International returns:

Please include ‘Returned British Goods and No VAT or Duty’ on the address label on any returned orders from outside the UK, so that import duties are not applied.
